For the HO332 Richmond Hill Precinct, the report lists: "Corrugated iron roof and slate cladding, some unglazed Marseilles pattern terra-cotta tiles;" The line is from the City of Yarra's Incorporated Plan methodology report, dated July 2014; it describes what the precinct's citation identifies as contributory, not what any house has, and whether the report is the plan now in force is not something this site can say. It does not say that any particular house is inside the precinct or has a slate roof.
The report's overview calls the area one of the earliest private development areas in the City for worker housing; this page uses only the roof line above. Ask the City of Yarra whether the property is in the precinct and what it wants to see before work.
